The bar “T’ Keyah’s Place” with the attached “C&K Apartments” is located in the small town centre of Castara and a few meters from the beach. We took a closer look at the new accommodations during our last visit.

There is hardly a guest in Castara who hasn’t already drunk a cool Carib in Marvin Lewis’s bar. As a former football player, Marvin carries sport in his heart and looks after the local Castara team. His bar is decorated with fan merchandise and the broadcast of international sporting events is a matter of course. The weekly karaoke has developed into a meeting place for locals and tourists alike in recent months.

Modern and within walking distance to the beach

After extensive construction work, Marvin has been offering well-equipped guest rooms above his bistro since May 2015. The rooms are accessible by a massive wooden staircase and present themselves modern, bright and friendly. A kitchenette with refrigerator is part of the equipment as well as a small bathroom. The surrounding veranda with sea view offers enough space for deckchairs and chairs to enjoy the sunset or simply the peace and quiet.
The accommodation is perfect for travelers who appreciate short distances. The beach is a few meters away, a small supermarket directly opposite and the bar in the house. Restaurants like “Marguerite`s” and “Cascreole” are within 2 minutes walking distance as well as “The Castara Coffee House” near Chino.
